Shooting Sports Update – Lee County 4-H Partnership Opportunities

Hello all!

We hope that you have been enjoying the cooler weather!  We are excited to talk about some updates and opportunities with the shooting sports program.  We are going to be partnering with the Lee County 4-H Shooting Sports program to offer some additional shooting sports discipline opportunities for our Bastrop County 4-H members (Archery, Rifle, etc.) .  The main requirements to participate in this partnership are that you MUST be actively enrolled as a Bastrop County 4-H member AND you MUST attend one of the Lee County 4-H Safety Meetings – if you are unable to make the safety meeting date below and want to participate, please let me or Ashley know immediately so we can touch base with the Lee County Extension Agents for a contingency plan.

RSVP Instructions:

  • Due to COVID guidelines,  RSVP must be made at (4-H enrollment will be confirmed with Bastrop County 4-H)
  • Masks, social distancing and other guidelines must be followed. COVID screening forms will have to be filled out by all attendees at each meeting and practice.

  • Clipboard
  • pen/pencil
  • paper for note taking.

Discipline Area Schedules:

  • The finalized shooing sports schedule is pending
  • Once finalized, we will provide a schedule of each discipline area practice
