2021 CAKE AUCTION INFORMATION
Hey all!
We are happy to pass on the invitation for the 2021 Cake Auction! We are excited to let you know that the Cake Auction will take place on Saturday, August 7, 2021, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts in Bastrop.
This information was sent to your club managers earlier on Saturday morning, along with the number of cakes required of each club (assigned based on club enrollment). Please work with your club managers to sign up to bake and bring a cake to the Auction. This auction serves as the primary fundraiser for our Bastrop County 4-H Program and scholarships for the upcoming 4-H year. Participating in this opportunity not only helps us to be able to provide some fun, high-quality events throughout the year, but also counts as a volunteer leadership and promotional leadership experience in your recordbooks!
We would like you to help us out by signing up to bake a cake with your club managers so they can let us know the names of the youth baking the cakes from your club and a brief description of the cake by July 31st to allow us some time to put together a nice auction list for the buyers and to allow us a little time to send details and reminders to the bakers.
Please also be sure to share the invitation with everyone in the community!!!

- Bastrop Bullseyes Shooting Sports: 2 cakes
- Bastrop 4-H Club: 2 cakes
- Loblolly 4-H Club: 3 cakes
- Rockne 4-H Club: 8 cakes
- Smithville 4-H Club: 3 cakes
