Bastrop County Event Sponsorship Opportunities

If you would like to help sponsor a Bastrop County 4-H activity, event, scholarship, etc.  please reach out to the Bastrop County Extension Office at 512-581-7186 or bastrop-tx@tamu.edu.

Bastrop County Scholarship Opportunities

The Deadline for the submission of application forms is 12:00 Noon on Thursday, June 8, 2023. 

Please Note that Bastrop County 4-H Scholarships require you to complete the application, submit a recorded interview, AND turn in a completed Recordbook for the required years with effort put into itRecordbooks with little to no content will not be considered for this purpose.  

Note: For 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, Seniors are required to submit a 4-H Recordbook for the 2 previous 4-H years in high school (grades 9-12) in order to be considered for Bastrop County 4-H Scholarships. For example, they would need to have submitted a Recordbook during their Junior (2019-2020) and Senior (2020-2021) year of high school.

Starting in 2022-2023, Seniors will be required to submit a 4-H Recordbook for the 3 of the 4 previous 4-H years in high school (grades 9-12) in order to be considered for Bastrop County 4-H Scholarships. For example, they would need to submit a Recordbook during their Freshman (2018-2019) OR Sophomore (2019-2020), their Junior (2020-2021), and their Senior (2021-2022) year of high school.

The Deadline for the submission of application forms is midnight (11:59 PM) on Wednesday, February 15, 2024.
