COUNTY CAMP DETAILS & RSVP

HAPPY JULY!

We are super excited to start jumping into our July 2021 activities and wanted to pass on the details of our County Camp to you!

OVERVIEW:

• Our County Camp is a camp specifically for our Bastrop County 4-H members that is designed and led by our Bastrop County 4-H Council!
• This year, we are focusing on fun activities that help build skills in teamwork, leadership, club meeting participation, and communication.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (May change slightly depending on pool availability):

• 9:30 AM Check-In at the Park
• 10:00 AM Ice-Breakers & Games
• 11:00 AM Team Building Activity Rotations
• 12:00 Noon Lunch (Provided)
• 1:00 PM Communication Activities
• 2:00 PM Escape Room Activity
• 3:00 PM Intro to Parliamentary Procedure
• 4:00 PM Swimming/Free Time
• 5:00 PM Supper (Provided)
• 6:00 PM Departure

COST & RSVP INFO:

• The camp is FREE for all of our Bastrop County 4-H Members to participate in!
• Please RSVP online at https://bit.ly/21CountyCamp by 12:00 Noon on Monday, July 12, 2021, to allow us time to order snacks, refreshments, and food!

CHAPERONES/HELPERS:

• We will need a few adults who would be willing to chaperone our youth participants and help set up a few of the activities the day of camp
